* Assist with th epromotion of products produced by the company
* Assis with customer inquiries and complaints
* Make calls and satisfaction surveys
* Coordinate problem resolution procedures
* Accepting, processing, and confirming customer orders
* Assist with gathering and researching cost information to develop quotes
* Other office and policy responsibilities as required
